Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney

Written by pikaby

When Capcom and Level-5 announced their collaboration on a game project, everyone was expecting good things. But no one ever thought it would be this epic.

Yes, we're not seeing things. Sharp, animated, eccentric lawyer Phoenix Wright meets well-mannered, calm and gentlemanly Professor Layton in the SAME GAME. In a way, it makes sense, since they're both involved in point-and-click games and both involve getting to the bottom of mysteries and unraveling the truth. This is real. This isn't an April Fools prank. This is PnC's dream team!

The game they're in is set in a place called Labyrinth City, where Phoenix Wright has a client accused of being a witch, and as usual, his objecting skills come in to save the day. The game's theme will be around  'puzzles full of contradictions'. Guess that wraps up their collaboration pretty well.

The vilain is simply known as a 'story teller' and whatever he writes become events in the real world. This side of the story sounds like a task for the good professor to handle.

I really can't wait to see more of these two in action and how they would tolerate each other, being of completely opposite personalities and ways of handling problems. Oh yeah, which console is this on? Wait for it...

It's the 3DS. Jump for joy!
