Miyamoto's fountain of ideas has yet to run dry. Even after he designed the bombshell that is the Nintendo Wii, he said at a game interview with GamesTM, that he has not yet reached his creative peak. Quoted from him:
“In the past five years I’ve been working on such unusual titles like Wii Fit Plus and Wii Sports Resort.
“Ten
years ago I could never have been able to imagine that I would be
making games like that. That’s why I can say that the best is yet to
come to me.”
Modern genius. He talked about the potential of Nintendo making a HD Wii console. No, Miyamoto, no! All-new console with higher specs please. PS3 and X360 are laughing at the Wii's inferiority in terms of power(even though that wasn't what the Wii needed to propel to the top)
When asked if he wanted to see a new Starfox game, Shigsy said "Me too". Knowing him, there's probably already one in the works. Maybe. But he has a tendency to mean what he says, many, many times. Fingers crossed then.
