An FCC filing submitted by Nintendo and Mitsumi, an electronics manufacturer, seems to be for the new Nintendo 3DS handheld.
That board above looks like it might just belong onto the 3DS, and though it looks like a mess right now you can see the two screens pretty clearly, though it didn't betray any secrets of how Nintendo's magic 3D effect would work out. That's the bottom screen and the top screen, the bottom one being of a regular 4:3, but the top screen is 16:9.
If this is what the 3DS would be? HD portable gaming, by Nintendo.
