Nintendo's 3DS could be out this October

Written by pikaby

Nintendo's 3D handheld may be out sooner than we think. Or should it?

According to a report by a very senior publishing source, computerandvideogames.com stated the 3DS doesn't require 3D glasses to bring out 3D effects and could be out this year, as early as October this year too. It reportedly features a 3D joystick and force feedback system. Sounds like serious business, but so now we have a mic, 12 buttons, a touchscreen, AND a joystick AND motion controls? Who's gonna use all of those? It does give options though.

Early as it could be, October, if that's the confirmed release month, could just be for the Japanese region. Remember the time difference between the DSi's launch in the different regions? Being released in 2010 doesn't concern us, it's only the Japanese who benefit from it.

And we haven't seen a prototype casing either. This is one enigmatic machine.
