It's scheduled to be released in Japan this fall. As the teaser site indicates, more info will be revealed on the 15th. Also, Pokemon Sunday on the 11th this month and the new issue of CoroCoro are going to be out soon, so new info could be revealed any second. Expect to see the video and scans of any 5th gen Pokemon info here soon!
Looks like 5th gen won't make it into 3DS after all.
